周三初步数据显示欧元区2月制造业活动改善低于预期，连续第七个月在负面区域，同时服务业活动出乎意料萎缩，对于欧洲债务危机对欧元区经济影响的担忧重回台面。
同时，评级机构惠誉将希腊的信用评级从 CCC 下调至 C，并重申与私人债权人的债券转换协议为限制性违约，对于希腊的第二轮1300亿欧元援助是否足以解决该国的财政问题担忧持续。
欧元兑英镑也略微上升， EUR/GBP上涨0.09%，达到0.8463。
